Yellowstone Caldera is considered a super volcano. If it erupted the amount of magma could be on the order of 240 cubic miles of magma! We decided to camp right in the middle of it, and explore the beauty the park had to offer.
Fumaroles, gyesers, hot springs, and strong wafts of sulfur were some of the signs of volcanic activity. We saw herds of bison and elk, gorgeous geologic features, various minerals, and even bubbling mudpots.
If you get the chance, visit to see for yourself, the beauty encompassed within Yellowstone National Park.
